Refund & Cancellation

Bookings (makeup services)

A 30% advance is required to confirm any booking. The advance is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

  • If we cancel from our side due to illness or emergency, you receive a full refund within 7 working days.
  • Rescheduling is allowed at no cost up to 30 days before the event, subject to our availability on the new date.
  • Within 30 days, rescheduling is subject to a fresh advance.

Courses & Workshops

For course enrollments, the following schedule applies:

  • More than 7 days before the batch start date — full refund minus a 5% transaction fee.
  • Within 7 days of the batch start date — 50% refund.
  • After the batch begins — no refund.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Write to hello@akanshasaini.com with your booking number. We will respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 7 working days.

Travel charges

Bookings outside Roorkee include travel charges as quoted on confirmation. Destination wedding pricing is quoted bespoke.
